To the south
Going back over the Coronado Bridge to San Diego, this is the view of the south toward National City. This overlooks the ship building yard of General Dynamics NASSCO and a little further south is the 32nd Street Naval Base which is where all of the Navy ships come and go out of San Diego.P.S.: I don't want to be redundant, but if you want to see more photos of the Coronado Bridge that we've posted before, click here, here, here, or here!

A very familiar sight! My dad is retired Navy and was stationed on the Kitty Hawk. I've been on it many times!
Non-residents might not realise that the distant hills are in Mexico. That's worth pointing out, I feel.
Thanks for your visits Tanya and I hope it brings back good memories from when you lived here. Thanks for pointing that out Expat. Now I'd like to know what those mountains are called?
