Arches

In 1935, Eleanor Roosevelt had a luncheon on the patio here at the House of Hospitality in Balboa Park (click here to see the photo-she's the one in white). I keep coming back to Balboa Park because it seems like at every turn you can find a beautiful view. Just from within this courtyard I showed photos of a La Tehuana fountain, an old door showing Spanish missionaries, and also a view from the Casa del Rey Moro Garden looking at this building.

You can never go wrong with Balboa Park! Beautiful architecture around every corner.
You know what I miss at Balboa Park? The tortilla lady! Those are some delish tortillas she makes!

I knew those arches in a moment! I have one hanging in my hallway - we took some of our wedding photos there. What a stroll down memory lane. Would you mind if I make a print of this one?
