Oh, that's the best ever. I saw the artist at work once, on 5th Ave in Hillcrest. He's a very shy young man -- just what I expected, actually.
Those horsey ballerinas are funny, eye-catching, cleverly situated on this electrical box/public service space.
Vegas had a similiar project to paint the electrical boxes! They are so interesting and really I think a great idea!Wendi
