Seau's

Seau's is a restaurant in Mission Valley that is owned by the professional football player Junior Seau. Seau was born in San Diego and used to play for our football team, the Chargers. The restaurant looks like a mini stadium from the outside and has an incredible number of TV monitors as well as a projection screen for your sports viewing pleasure. They serve American food and also have a large sushi menu.

Looks fun! I remember when Jr played with the Chargers. When I worked at Mercedes Benz in El Cajon (since closed) he was a customer and would come in with his football buddies! He was always very nice, so was his wife!

What a fun idea for a restaurant. What do you think of their fare?
A high school classmate of mine who was one of our school's football heroes went on to play with the Chargers, then went on to have a career in television sports news. Sports folks need to find new careers and good investments to take them past their playing days.

He was a classmate of mine at Oceanside High School. He was a star back then. I remember when Dan Faust came to our high school to see Junior. Crazy pep rally.
