Spanish Landing

It's been hot here. Very hot. For us wimps, I mean. Luckily, we can sneak off to the beach quite easily. So, that's what we've been doing. Today we headed to Spanish Landing park, which is located right across the road from the airport. It's really lovely - a nice little beach for small children, a playground, grassy area w/shade & picnic tables...plus, it doesn't seem to get all that crowded.

Anyhow, it earns a big thumbs up from us. What have you been doing to keep cool? (and if you say sitting in your A/C-ed home, my jealous hand cyber-tweaks your nose!)
