Outdoor shower

We were walking through the Encinitas neighborhood to the beach and I saw this fancy outdoor shower. I don't know if this was the side door, front door, or "mud room", but the house had a sweet location on a cliff overlooking the ocean. I could see that this would come in handy for washing away "gloves" and "socks" of sand.
