Viejas outlet mall
The above photo is of the Viejas Outlet mall where the Concerts in the Park are held. The mall is very pretty - lots of water features and southwestern looking architecture. 
There are also lots of benches, a few little bridges, and some critters around the mall.

Your photo of the sculpture of the bird in flight is awesome! The critters — I'm not familiar with what they are — rooting around in the garbage can are also very cute.
