Pit stop at Pam's
On our way to Anza Borrego Desert State Park, we made a pit stop at Pam's Place. This corner store is near Descanso just down the road a piece from the Interstate 8 freeway. She's got fresh and dried fruits, vegetables, honey and honey butter, nuts, hats, bear stuff, and emu eggs. Can you believe the color of those eggs!?

Did you buy anything. I would probably get some honey for my tea.
I would have gone for the pears. I love 'em and the season is about over now.
Why you left there? Interesting.
I didn't get anything, but my aunt bought got some dried fruit, honey butter, and one of those emu eggs. She said the egg wasn't very flavorful.
