Groovy apt bldg

Wouldn't you just love to live on the second floor of this glamorous looking apartment building in Hillcrest? Ok, maybe not. I used to live in a "box" apartment with neighbors above, below, and on each side. I remember a few times when we knocked on the floor/ceiling with the broom to "tell" our neighbors to be quiet.
