Blue door
I love this blue door in my neighborhood. The funny thing about it though, as you can see from the roof, is that the house behind the door is not in the same style.
This happens a lot in Southern California. My house, built about 1935, is late twenties "Spanish" in front [tile roofs and arch window, and nicho] but thirties modern in back, [straight wall to parapet, almost flat roof on two~thirds of th building];also,though there are two rooms w coved ceiling there is no visible baseboard anywhere. The garden wall pictured may be quite a change, but at least some one cares. Richard(SAN)

Oh hey, you're right. Or maybe it's jst the roof tiles that they chose.
Love the blue color too, and it kind of reminds me of a hobbit hole ;)
