Waterfront property
Along the walk on La Playa there are many beautiful homes. I thought this one was interesting because it looked more "east coast" than west. Another interesting thing is that the next door neighbor to this house does not have a back fence, so their green rolling hill extends right into the walking path and open to the waterfront. To each her own.
Former SD Mayor Maureen O'Connor lives (or maybe did live -- I'm not up to date) in one of those fancy houses. During the Americas Cup races of 1995, Bill Koch (pron: Coke) rented the biggest of them and moreover had several HUGE bronze statues installed on the waterfront.

Really nice house. It seems to have a great location as La Playa looks like a fantastic place to live at.
