Birder venue

The above photo, taken at the end of one of the trails at the Chula Vista Nature Center, is where the water goes directly into San Diego Bay. You can see the hills of Tijuana on the right and although you can't see it in this photo, if you were standing at this point and looked across the bay you would see the sand-spit of Silver Strand State Beach.
