Limit setters
These high rise condos in Coronado caused a stir when they were built in the 1970s and within a short time from the ground breaking voters set a 40 foot height limit on new buildings. That's a great angle Felicia. The 70s were an odd time for developers. Rules were changed in Vancouver too but not before a few solid walls of concrete apartments were erected.
The theory seemed to be, if I can afford to live on the beach too bad for everyone behind me.
