Patrols
I didn't go to Tijuana to get my "Sister Cities" photo, but I was a stone's throw from Tijuana. I went to Las Americas Premium Outlet shopping mall which is on the US side of the border in the city of San Ysidro (in San Diego county), just over this fence is Tijuana. I happened to be sitting in the parking lot waiting for the stores to open when I took the above photo of the Border Patrol.

Probably wise not to venture south of the border just now -- it's pretty lawless. I read that tens of thousands of Mexicans demonstrated angrily a few days ago about police corruption.
