Georgia Street Bridge

A nice little urban bridge that was built in 1914 by James Cromly.

That's the spot where I failed my first driving test. I was instructed to park on the hill, and didn't correctly turn my wheels to the kerb. D'oh!!!

Remember driving under and occasionly over this bridge when I lived in the area many, many years ago. The bridge crosses over University Avenue east of the Hillcrest area.

I pass this bridge all the time. I wish they would paint it, or spruce it up a bit.

Have to agree with anonymous. Seems like a good location for some painting or murals or public art. Could be a colorful "gateway to Hillcrest" or something....
