I like this building and it was vacant for a while. Looks like the new occupants will be dry cleaners. I try to avoid the dry cleaners by buying clothes that don't require dry cleaning or even ironing. Alas, when you need to have that wool sweater....
I wonder who the architect may have been ?; the building has been through several tenants. I know a bldg in La Jolla where the older one story part is two~walled brick, with airspace in between. ¿Maybe the specifications came from a colder climate? Nice photo, and clouds in sky; so often around here we have blank skies. Richard(SAN)

I don't worry about any of that either, plus I'm allergic to wool, so I just layer, especially in our wettish winters up here.

This is a rather rare example of brick construction here in SD. Mostly, brick is banned because of the earthquake danger.
