Bubble chairs

Spread is a vegetarian restaurant where the menu changes daily based upon what they find from local farms and farmer's markets. First off, I've never been here to eat, but I want to go sometime and this would be a good place to get my husband and kids to eat their veggies. :) I don't think it is a super kid-friendly place and they don't do lunch so I don't know when I'll actually get there. And of course there would be a big fight over the bubble chair.

I've wanted to go here for years! Of course, I also never thought the place would've lasted this long...I'm really glad they have!

I know this isn't the crux of your photo, but my eye was drawn to the "A" rating in the window. I forgot about that system, not having lived in CA for several years. It's so simplistic yet useful for consumers to know how the restaurant rates in terms of cleanliness and health regulations.

Maybe we can go there the next time I come to SD. YOU can sit in the bubble chair.

You know, seeing that "A" rating in the window reminds me that we don't see those here. Scary huh?

Thanks everyone! Susu, I'm going to take you up on the offer next time you're in town. About those ratings, who gets a "B" or less anyway? That's scary!

I remember Farrells in Fashion Valley had a "C"! That didn't stop me from pigging out on the "San Diego Zoo" or whatever mountain of ice cream I was eating that day.
