This is a beautiful photograph. It shows that landscapes don't always have to avoid a few signs of man. The peace sign was originally a logo designed by a graphic artist for the nuclear disarmament group, but became generalised to a non-specific "Peace" . Then it carried a load of political disprobium, as if peace could be one sided; and faded away. Lately we see it coming back in gentle hopefulness. Richard (SAN)
