Can anyone guess what is under all that cheese? I won't keep you in suspense too long while your mouth is watering. Pomas Italian Deli in Ocean Beach makes salads, pizzas, pasta dishes, and sandwiches. This is their famous roast beef with provolone cheese, dipped in au jus then oven toasted. *Drool*. I ate the whole thing.
