Jazzin' it up

I love color and this is probably one of the most colorful "trees" from the Urban Trees Program along Harbor Drive. The "trees" are exhibited for one year and then another group of 30 "trees" are planted. This one is called "The Melotree" by Jean Cornwell. Click here to see one of my favorites from last year.

This is really cool. I like your last year's favorite too, maybe even better because of its simplicity. Hope it's nice and warm in San Diego where you are.

This is great - really fun! It's a bit grey here so I'm enjoying your colours :)

It is warm, yes -- and starting next tuesday the hot dry Santa Ana wind is predicted. That's a mixed blessing, of course. Firefighters are all rested up and ready to go again....

That's my favorite, too! Hope it ends up "planted" in front of some cool jazz spot...

Oh this is just fabulous! Truly fabulous! And you've photographed it perfectly too - exactly angle so we see the building on the right and the water. Wonderful!
