I love all trompe l'oeil! I never noticed this before. The Blue Point restaurant is good too - I had mussels in white wine sauce for an appetizer and pan seared ahi tuna. Yum!
I have a five-star recipe for seared ahi, copied from a favourite restaurant in London. It's not hard to do, either, promise. e me if interested.
