Ve are goink to pump... (clap) ...YOU UP!
I sit on my butt in front of the computer most of the time. I can't do any pull ups, very few push ups or sit ups, and I have no idea how half of the machines at the gym work. If I had to, I could probably lift 50 lbs. I CAN see my feet and bend over to touch my toes. How about you, do you workout?
i keep meaning to photograph this but i'm usually there around sunset and the lighting is poor. i do sit-ups, push-ups (no gym required) and walk a few miles everyday.
I'm having physical therapy at the moment, which includes pedaling a gym-style machine. I don't like it -- my personality simply resists anything labelled 'DISCIPLINE'.
I like exercising. I exercise a lot (not for the moment as I have something that looks like the flu). I am not young but I "exercise (push ups, abs, etc) for 20 mn every morning. I ride my bike. I speed walk. I swim. I like it :-)) And to tell the truth my body is much younger than my face! (lol).
I'm a natural born sloth and generally loathe exercise, but for the sake of my health make myself go to the gym, mainly to swim , 4-5 times a week, 1.5 kms ech time. Sometimes I do cardio on the x-trainer and treadmill, and have no idea (or desire to know ) about weights. But swimming is both aerobic and resistance exercise. i use hand paddles to increase resistance.
The only time to fit it in to a packed day is to get there by 6am, so I am home again at 7 to hand over the car to th other half who has to drive to work, Then I walk to the station.
I would love to live in a city like Paris where I could banish the car from my life all together.

I like going for the occasional jog outside, but I tend to stay away from gyms mostly because I can't get used to the smell of gyms.

Since you can see your feet - you are fitter than 65% of Americans ;-)

What can I say, you all are much more fit than I am! Thanks for sharing.
