An urban legend/covert message/art piece description and photo from Expat:I've always been told that a pair of sneakers hung on overhead wires signifies a drug house nearby. If that's true, what do you think this exhibit, at the East end of Hotel Circle, means? Our brains are totally fried, maaaannn....

Hahaha... I wonder what would drive a person to do that. I bet there is a funny story behind it.
is that true??? i always thought they were being left for homeless people or something. wow, puts a whole new perspective on the neighborhood, and not a good one....
