Potter weekend
I was surprised yesterday to see Harry Potter books for sale at the grocery store. So I bought one and my nieces stayed up all night to finish reading it. Just kidding. What will happen to Harry and Voldemort?! Hope you all enjoy the book.
My daughter got one in the mail yesterday. I was surprised and had no idea any of my children read the books. I looked at her copy and asked myself if I really wanted to get into this and told myself, not now.
Wonderful photo! I posted a few from the party at my local Borders at STLdailyphoto. It was a blast and I finished reading at almost 5 this morning. I hope your girls enjoy it, I was absolutely thrilled with it! I hope they have tissues ready, the last few chapters are tear-jerkers, and there's plenty of good reasons to cry!
I know to be unpopular saying that but I find the "Harry potter mania" the tribute to the empty. Of course kids must dream, excite their fantasy and read those novel thought to them but too much it's really too much and a shame it's really a shame.
With the floods we've been having, my son's book was late. It arrived yesterday. He surfaced about two hours ago; finished. He loved it. I hope you did too.

What are you kidding about? They didn't stay up all weekend?
Harry Potter lives! ;-)
That cover looks a bit different. Probably varies from country to country. We picked ours up too from a local store.
Yes Isabella, HP will live for ever in the hearts and minds of all his fans as will all the characters, those who were killed and those who survived.

They are powerful best sellers.

Enormous queueues outside of our bookshops at midnight on Friday night, it must be a good read!
I'm showing my best ever picture of Marsden Rock tomorrow.

What is all the fuss about Harry Potter, I don't understand that whole phenomenon personally.
