Big asparagus
Gardeners in Southern California are lucky because the climate is ideal for growing a wide variety of plants. Over the weekend I went on a garden tour visiting 3 homes in Mission Hills and 3 homes in Point Loma. Over the next few days I'll show you some of the highlights of the wonderful gardens we saw. Although I don't have much of a green thumb, I was inspired to get to work on the patches of dirt in my own yard.

Southern cals a beautiful area - I thought I was going to get to go there - Chula Vista's OTC, but it looks like we will be meeting in Lake Placid's OTC instead - oh well bummers, I was hoping to do those hikes you did.
