Purple ice plant

This purple ice plant is blanketing the city. It is so bright, it is almost blinding!

Golly gosh that is a nice plant. It must be a member of the aster or daisey family. It sure is very nice and your photograph just makes it pop.

Looks what I remember as blossoms called "bachelor buttons" that my mother used to plant. I'll have to google both plants now. I love the shade of purple. Prince should like it!
