I picked up the habit of salting mangoes in Mexico and I'm addicted. The small yellow-skinned mangoes (I call them champagne manges but there's a more correct name) are DELICIOUS right now.221arbor
Those are so inventive! I should try serving fruit like this to my kids. Maybe with some yogurt in the bottom of the cup?

they look so yummy and colorful...couldn't make it to SD this month but I hope I can visit this year.
