I Want My Teddy!
The newest sculpture in UCSD's Stuart Collection is Bear, by Tim Hawkinson. This sculpture presents an interested paradigm - it looks cuddly, but it's hard as a rock!

I really like this sculpture because of its cute & cuddly-ness contrasted with the rock hard. The cute little girl also helps to show the scale. :)
The sculpture is great, but the picture itself equals its striking quality!
I love the photo thank to the contrast about the lil girl and the big statue.
I assume it's 'art' that holds the top boulders in place?!
nice cute teddy. but so hard how will i hug him...hehe
