Hand Roll

Another contribution and food photo from Stu. — When I saw that the Hillcrest restaurant Chilangos, specializing in Mexico City recipes, had turned into a Japanese restaurant (now called Sushi Teriyaki House), I was sad because I always found the owner charming and efficient. But when I went there, I discovered that the staff was still the same bunch of Mexicans. They've just decided that sushi is where it's at now. Some of the Mexican décor is still around, making an incongruous but "very Hillcrest" atmosphere.
