Beach house #3
The interesting thing about La Jolla's neighborhoods is that there is a mix of home styles — space ships (see Beach house #2), craftsman bungalows and modest homes, Spanish colonial revival styles, and modern homes. This looks like 80's architecture to me.

Modest homes in La Jolla? That surprises me. This is a beauty.
What I love most are palms, grass and blue sky. When I think you have more or less same weather (and temp.) almost all the year, I understand the meaning of "envy" :-))
It looks so nice and sunny there.
