I know y'all would rather see babyback ribs dripping with sauce and onion rings the size of your hands, but the Phil's BBQ on Goldfinch Street is still temporarily closed. They have been closed in order to prepare for the opening of a second big restaurant on Sports Arena Blvd. They had the grand opening last week and many are still anxious for the old smaller Phil's to re-open. Have you ever experienced mouth-watering disappointment? That's how I felt driving up to Phil's to find the "Closed" sign in the window.

i love ribs. i had them last week, huge chunk of it. yummmmmmmmm.....
but it was not phil's. we dun have that in Singapore. tony roma's here, so it outback. the singapore one will be cafe cartel, their ribs are good too!
Thanks Abraham, Keropok and Stu! I think the only way to eat ribs is in big chunks with sauce dripping down your face. Stu, you are right Maison de Provence is outrageous, but there are women out there with money to spend and credit cards! :)
