Corvette Diner

This is for Susan of Not Strictly Seattle who was the runner-up in my contest from the other day. Corvette Diner opened in the 1980's and it was an instant hot spot and still is today.
Loud music, real Corvette cars in the dining room, a soda fountain, Bazooka bubble gum, and lots of neon. The waiters and waitresses are really sassy and kitchy. Be prepared for sensation overload. I took these photos in the morning before they were opened because I haven't had the heart (or the time) to dine there in person.

Learned to drive a stick shift on a black corvette with silver side panels. Wish we still had it...oh, well! My husband lusts over this photo!!

LOL THANK YOU!!

I was wondering how on earth you managed to get shots without a crowd in front of it. There is one family that we always come here with. The food isn't that great, the servers are rude (in a sassy way, it's part of the chsrm) it's very loud...but mostly it's FUN and filled with great memories for our family.

Thanks again Felicia...you've made my year so far!

It sounds like an "in-your-face" kind of place, a place one would have to be prepared for. Susan has the energy
for this place, I think.
