Chipotle Shrimp Salad

Grilled marinated shrimp, Romaine lettuce, Jack and cheddar cheese, black beans, corn, salsa, half of a fresh avocado, topped with chipotle vinaigrette dressing and corn tortilla strips - from La Salsa. How's that sound for a mouth-watering salad? I'm really happy that some Mexican food places are not just all lard and cheese.

Oh yummy... chipotle and shrimp go **so** well together. That's a favourite thing for summer parties, with pineapple & red onion salsa.

Looks absolutely yummy! Hope there isn't any sugar in the sauce, that's one of the things I often find annoying when eating salad in America...
