Pig out on pork

This is one of the taco shops in the mercado. Here they serve only pork and parts of the pig. They make the tacos, tortas (this is like a sandwich), or burritos with pig (carnitas) and have pork in the beans. You can see the pork rinds - the cooked skin of the pig, in the lower left corner. They do serve drinks that do not have pig in them. Is this making anyone hungry?

Nice shot. They also sell the kidneys, ears, snout and trotters from the looks of it- not my cup of tea but the pork rinds well I'm certainly tempted

It's dinner time here, and I really would like to be there because this restaurant inspires me :-)

I wonder if we have places like this one there....-)

Thanks for your comments. Bob - Yes, it looks as though they have the whole pig to offer. Kala - I see why you have no worries in the Pali tunnel! Aaron - I'm pretty sure because that was the only thing that I got there and it didn't taste much like pig! e. - hope you found something good to eat!
